1. I ordered duplicate vessels, but they look different. Why?
  • Vessels are handcrafted and will look similar but are NOT identical.
2. Are some beads loose?
  • Yes. Certain looks are extremely delicate! Shipping movements will affect the integrity of the pieces. Local pick ups for sensitive pieces are highly encouraged. Fill out contact form for local delivery.

3. My vessel was damaged due to delivery. Can I return or exchange?

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

4. What if I need a larger order?

  • Fill out Contact Form on Home Page.

5. When will I receive my items?

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for processing and delivery.
  • Pre-Orders and Back orders will need 30 business days.
  • Bulk Orders are based upon both parties agreement after submitting the contact form.

6. Can I place a candle in the vessel(s)?

  • No. I recommend to avoid adding or inserting heating elements near, or into vases.

7. Can I place flowers into the vessel?

  • Yes.

8. Are floral arrangements included with vessel purchase, as pictured?

  • No.

9. Can water be added into the vessel?

  • To protect the work and integrity of the piece we recommend avoiding water or liquid based elements into the vessel(s). The vessel(s) are meant to be decorative elements.

10. I have submitted my contact form when will I receive a response?

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours to receive a follow up.

11. Do you deliver?

  • This service is ONLY available to established event venues in Houston Tx, and surrounding cities ( Katy, The Woodlands, Sugarland, Cypress, Stafford, Missouri City, Pearland). Please fill out contact form to discuss and arrange deliveries. *Transportation service fees may apply.
